Candlelight Dinner For Two - $550

Fine Dining, Without the Reservation.

Transform your ordinary evening into something special with an amazing, personalized dinner for two. I'll deliver an exquisite culinary experience, from the opening course to the final dessert, infusing your home with professional-quality food and an intimate atmosphere. Unwind, enjoy each other's company, and let me handle everything – menu planning, shopping, and cooking – leaving you with a fantastic meal and a tidy kitchen.

You will enjoy a 5-course plated meal by candlelight. Your personal chef and server will ensure your every need is met. We handle everything…candles, flowers, linens, china, flatware, glassware and champagne. 

Simply make one selection from each course to create your own culinary journey for two.

All you have to do is enjoy the amazing food, royal atmosphere, and, of course,
each other.

Lump Crab Cake

Pan-seared jumbo lump crab served with a spicy pickled corn relish and a lemon-chive remoulade. 

Goat Cheese & Green Tomato Napoleon:

Crispy fried green tomatoes layered with whipped herb goat cheese and drizzled with a hot honey glaze.

Bourbon-Glazed Pork Belly

Slow-roasted pork belly over a creamy polenta, topped with a maple-bourbon reduction and apple-fennel slaw.


Main Course

Blackened Filet Mignon

Cast-iron seared 8oz beef tenderloin topped with a decadent gorgonzola butter. w/ Roasted garlic white cheddar mashed potatoes and balsamic-glazed charred asparagus. 

Honey-Thyme Roasted "Airline" Chicken

Pan-seared, skin-on chicken breast basted in fresh herbs and honey. w/ Sweet potato purée with toasted pecans and slow-braised collard greens with smoked turkey. 

Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass

Delicate, buttery sea bass with a lemon-dill crust. w/ Wild mushroom & sweet pea risotto and lemon-butter haricot verts (French green beans).


Dessert

Banana Pudding Cheesecake:

A rich, creamy fusion of two classics, topped with a Nilla Wafer crust and fresh whipped cream. 

Warm Bourbon Bread Pudding

Brioche bread soaked in custard, baked until golden, and served with a salted caramel pecan praline sauce.
